Combined Geo Scientist Exam Information With Old Question Papers

Geology and its allied disciplines are concerned with the structure, dynamics and evolution of the earth and its natural mineral and energy resources. Hydrogeologists focus on the relation of waters on or below the surface of the earth.
Combined Geoscientist and Geologist examination is little bit different from other UPSC examinations. It is completely subjective examination. Competition is relatively less since peoples with subjects like Geology,Geophysics,Physics and chemistry can only appear in the examination. And there are different posts for each of these subjects. Students are also less in these subjects except core subjects like physics and chemistry. But the cut off marks is increasing day by day since the number of posts are decreasing each year.
